I. Chapter 7 Straight Bankruptcy

10% Discount available. If you pay the Total Due within 30 days of your initial visit, we will discount your straight bankruptcy Attorney Fee to $1,350, with Total Due $1,649.

II. Chapter 13 Repayment Bankruptcy

The Credit Allowed will be paid to Warren Law Firm out of your repayment plan payments. You may pay the Entire Charge before filing your case. If you do so, then you will have less to pay in your repayment plan and your monthly payment will be lower. There is no discount available for repayment bankruptcy Attorney Fee.

*You make payments in whatever amount you can afford toward the Total Due. But, you must pay the Total Due before Warren Law Firm will file your case. You should make a payment plan with us so Warren Law Firm can begin work on your case as soon as possible.
