Warren Law Firm has been one of Southern Ohio’s most sought after and successful law firms for over 30 years. The firm now focuses exclusively on Personal Injury. The practice was founded and run by a well-known and longtime Chillicothe resident, Mike Warren.

The practice has grown exponentially over the years and its principal, Mike Warren, wanted to serve the community’s expanding needs. Continuing to protect consumers rights from shady insurance practices and delivering first rate legal representation to collect fair compensation to injury victims has been a priority of the firm.

Aaron McHenry, Warren Law Firm’s second lead attorney, and longtime Chillicothe resident has been extremely successful in getting outstanding results for his clients while working at the firm. His success and professionalism have convinced Mike that Aaron was the person to help him achieve his goals of expanding the firm and provide outstanding results for the firm’s clients for years to come.

Aaron is originally from Scioto County and has lived in the Chillicothe area since 2004.  He attended Minford High School prior to graduating from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in history.  Aaron is a proud alumnus of the University of Akron School of Law where he graduated with honors.

Aaron was drawn to the law as a profession to help the underserved in the community where he was born and raised. As a history major, he continued his education studying the law and working as an assistant law director, public defender and prosecutor, and working at an Akron Legal clinic which helped inmates and criminal defendants.

Prior to joining Warren Law Firm, Aaron served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judith A. Christley and as the court administrator/magistrate for the Fourth District Court of Appeals.  He also has worked for the Office of the Ohio Public Defender, and for the city of Chillicothe as an Assistant Law Director.

Aaron lives in Ross County with his wife Cassie and their two daughters.  Aaron is incredibly involved with his family and the local community.  He has coached his 2 daughters in soccer and softball and enjoyed sitting on the sideline watching them play in high school.  Aaron is a former member of the board of directors for the Adena Mansion and Gardens Society.  He currently serves as member of the Paint Valley ADAMH Board.

Aaron is a rabid Browns fan with high hopes for the future. He is a history buff with a particular interest in the American Civil War, especially the battle of Gettysburg.

As the firm’s caseload grew, Mike Warren felt the need for a second attorney to be added to his staff to help ensure the firm’s commitment to personal service and exceptional results. He set out to find someone who would execute the tradition of passion, determination and legal excellence representing clients in their fight against big insurance companies.

Mike had been watching Aaron for years stand up in court and rage against the machine and admired Aaron’s relentless representation of his clients. They had also worked on a local judges campaign together and Mike took note of the passion and energy he brought to the campaign was the same that he brought to the courtroom.
