Chillicothe – Fourth District Court of Appeals Will Convene November 2nd

The Fourth District Court of Appeals will convene at 9:30 a.m. on November 2nd in the Ross County Common Pleas courtroom 2 located in Chillicothe.

Appeals cases from Ross, Athens, and Hocking counties will be considered by presiding Judge William Harsha and Judges Peter Abele and Matthew McFarland.

The appeals court reviews civil and criminal cases heard or tried in lower courts in which a decision is being appealed including common pleas, probate, juvenile, municipal and county courts.
