Grant was totally lost. Injured at work, he felt utterly helpless to do the required paperwork sent to him by the work insurance claim adjuster while in bed. He felt betrayed when he asked for less shifts at work because he kept having the same recurring back problems. Finally, when he developed a 9mm herniated disc his employers started to listen but at this point it was a little too late.
