Beverly Damron was thrift shopping when she tripped over an unkept rug. Beverly broke her ankle and injured her rotator cuff that required surgery.

The interesting part about Linda Williams and Beverly Damron is they are mother and daughter. Beverly the mother who received the referral to our office from her daughter, Linda. And both had a slip/fall case.

A commercial vehicle failed to yield and slammed into Bill and Debra. Bill was not injured, though because of this crash, they did find an aneurysm. Bill ended up having a life saving surgery shortly after. Debra, however, was not as fortunate. She was knocked unconscious and had to be extricated by the Jaws of Life. Debra was life flighted and diagnosed with a L1-3 fracture and a flank hematoma. She spent two (2) days in the hospital. Debra also had preexisting knee issues that ultimately needed surgery due to the aggravation of the previous injury.

Linda Williams was a guest at Long John Silvers the evening of 11/16/2022. While walking out, she fell on what was later identified as broken up asphalt. It was dark and there were no warning signs. Linda was later diagnosed with several fractures in her ankle and had surgery to put in two (2) pins to hold her ankle together.

Stephen (Sabina, Ohio) was involved in a MVA where a lady blew a stop sign and hit him. The impact caused Stephen’s vehicle to roll into a crop field.
